USS Constitution Ship Model 38 inches

Between 1794-1797 the USS CONSTITUTION was built by Colonel George
Claghorn at Edmond Hartt's shipyard in Boston. Made from more than
1,500 trees, with timbers felled from Main to Georgia and armed with
cannons cast in Rhode Island and copper fastening provided by Paul
Revere. Launched on October 21, 1797, she first put to sea in 1798. The
USS CONSTITUTION has won every battle she's ever fought over 40 of
them! She's earned her nick name Old Ironsides after a sailor saw a
cannonball bounce off her hull. Resting in Boston Harbor, She is the oldest
commissioned warship in the world. This elegant model ship of the USS
Constitution is specially designed by joining multi small pieces of yellow
and black woods together on the hull. The deck is designed as an exact
replica of the original Constitution with all details. This ship model is
shipped fully assembled in a wooden framed box and ready for display.
Dimensions: 32"(long) x 38"(tall) x 7"(wide. When shipping, the ship model
is placed into a wooden frame which is then placed into a rigid carton box.
It is then double boxed with foam between both boxes for maximum
protection. Item# T012
